WEEKEND IN GALENA ILLINOIS

Merle, Shari, Mike and Mary spent the weekend in Galena, shopping, eating, sightseeing and learning about many historical events.  WE even tried the ski slopes with no snow but enjoyed the sights of the Mississipi River...Irish dancing was our entertainment at the Irish Cottage.  Friday night we were at a Balloon Illumination.  It was quite a sight to see....We finished off Saturday evening with a carriage ride.... Can't wait to return to Galena.
