Jason finished the grading October 15 and it turned out fantastic. He had taken the design and started following the plans but it became clear to him that as they where it was not going to work. So he worked his magic and the end result is great! You never really know when you hire someone if it is going to work out or you 'er going to be taken advantage of, I guess we hit the lottery, Jason was just amazing to work with and you can not argue with the results. Met with Jason last weekend and looks like early April he will stat the retaining walls. |

Back to it after a prolonged break. Last year after getting the permit for the grading I had meet with three contractors for a bid on the project. We had decided on Cazadd Construction and where set to begin the spring of 09. Unfortunately we ran into a bit of a seed bump. But now all is moving forward. Grading starts 9/8/09 !! |

We got the permit for the grading design. I then met with three contractors to discuss the project and get the bidding process going. |

After receiving proposed design for grading, I went up and met with Jeff and made a few revisions. Two weeks later final plans were submitted to the county and awaiting permit.
Next step is to start soliciting bids for the project. |
