The wedding on Valentine's Day went off without a hitch. Even the weather broke long enough to give us a cool, but sunny day. O.K. so it was 55 degrees, but still cool!
The bride looked awesome; all the girls Emma, Katie & Lauryn were in black and white and just gorgeous. All the guys, David, Tim, Tony and Andrew were right off the pages of G.Q. The house was decorated in black, white and red, hats off to Nikki, her mom, aunt and sister-in-law for a beautiful transformation that added to the special day and also for the great lunch buffet.
The “Sand Ceremony” after exchanging vows was especially lovely. There were six vases with different colored sand. Each took turns adding their sand to one larger vase, signifying the blending together of the family. |
