Christmas Young & Old (er)!

I thought I'd send this picture along for everyone to enjoy, the one of the left is the fireplace made of wood my dad constructed covering it with brick patterned crepe paper. The one on the left is the one I re-created using corrugated boxes and a purchase stand-up that I cut out for depth. If the photo taken in the 1940's was clearer you could see the little cardboard houses are some of the same I still use today.

The third photo shows my collection of wax candles and sisal Christmas trees and four little German sheep that date back to the 1940 & 1950's. Some of the candles have melted down and darkened over the years, but I still can't part with them.
